ZENTANGLE CLASSES
- Do you find yourself wishing you could live more fully in the present moment?
- Is traditional meditation daunting for you?
- Would you like to find a way to express yourself creatively?
If you answered ‘yes’ to any of these questions then The Zentangle® Method may be for you! Zentangle is an easy-to-learn, relaxing and fun way to create images by drawing structured patterns. An emphasis on mindfulness underlies this artistic process.

Introduction to Zentangle Basics
Your two hour session will include the history, philosophy, and methodology of Zentangle. You will learn how to use basic ‘strings’ and ‘tangles’ to create a work of art to take home with you. This class will prepare you for any future advanced classes. No previous art experience is required. Be prepared to relax, enjoy and amaze yourself at what you can create. Materials are supplied and included in the $35 class fee.
Intermediate Zentangle: The String’s the Thing!
Now that you have learned the basics, build on your experience and enjoy the company of other tanglers as we explore the role of ‘strings’ as a foundation for the art of Zentangle®. In this two hour session, you will create a variety of strings and complete a tile using a variety of presented tangles. Bring your kit from the introductory class. The class fee of $35 includes additional supplies to expand your tool kit! Prerequisite: an Intro class with a CZT; bring your Kit with you!
Zentastic Tangle Time!
Make space in your schedule to tangle with others! During this informal time, a small Zentangle project will be presented and there will be time to meet other tanglers and work on whatever you like. Project materials are included in the $15 class fee. Prerequisite: an Intro class with a CZT; bring your Kit with you!
