Mirror, mirror on the wall…
Somehow when I decided to use a mirror as my tangling surface to complete this week’s challenge, I didn’t reflect on the challenge of using a mirror as a canvas. Each line had its own twin and it was more than a little challenging to line up the original lines with the reflected lines as I worked. Besides the double lines–I also had to contend with watching myself work–literally!

Finally, the ’tile’ was finished. After resting my eyes until I stopped seeing two of everything, I moved on to photographing the tile–and, as I soon discovered, my phone and me! When I held the camera off to the side, the lines doubled once more. So, after much reflection, I think I’ll go back to creating my artwork on paper!
