More snow days this week–though not really so much snow. SO, I was fortunate to be able to have time yesterday to do some heARTwork. The challenge this week was to tangle with hearts as Valentine’s Day is fast approaching. Hearts as shapes and symbols often appear in my artwork, and, have become how I sign my tiles as my initials L and O can combine to make a heart. I didn’t plan to create three pieces, but really enjoyed working with the varied tiles and pens and allowing each to ‘follow its heart’ and take shape in the moment.

This Valentine’s Day (and every day) find a moment to ‘be loved’ and to be loving. For that is what makes the days shine bright and true.
